Quality Assurance – Inspection Process
1) Pre-production Inspection : Conformitiy of fabric, labels, trims and accessories to customer requests
2) Garment production Inline Inspection : Reporting daily production in line
3) Before delivery : We do inspection of all finished goods by taking photos
– Checking conformity of packing list and quantities to ordersheets and to tolerance of customers
– Photos of boxes with cartons labels : correct description of goods and quantities
– We do measurement, quality and stylistic controls and writing on reports
– We send shipment samples to customers
– With shipment confirmation, we arrange shipment: documents and logistic
